1. What you are purchasing
When you purchase Historia, you receive a single-file HTML application. Your payment grants you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use the Product as described below. You are buying a licence to use the software, not ownership of the underlying source code or intellectual property.
2. What you may do
You may use the Product for personal and commercial purposes, including client projects, educational work, internal business tools, and public-facing websites. You may customise the appearance and content for your own use. One purchase covers one individual user.
3. What you may not do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product in original or modified form with any third party. You may not offer it as a template or download on any marketplace. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices in the Product.
4. Delivery and refunds
The Product is delivered digitally and immediately upon confirmed payment. Because it is accessible straight after purchase, it is not eligible for a refund once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at yourhistorytimeline@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
6. Your data
All content you create is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to us or any third party. We do not collect, store, or process personal data beyond what Stripe requires for payment.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Product is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Your use is at your own risk.
